Please read the following policies, terms and conditions before submitting an order to TXTMOTO. These terms and conditions shall supercede any subsequent terms or conditions included with any online order, whether or not TXTMOTO signs such terms or conditions. TXTMOTO reserves the right to make changes to this site and these terms and conditions at any time without notice.

PRIVACY POLICY

At TXTMOTO, we value your privacy. Your personal information is for use by TXTMOTO's staff onlyPeriod. This information is kept on a secure server to protect it from outside parties, and is information used for the limited purpose of processing your order(s). Information may also be used for statistical purposes, to improve our web site and services to you, to administer our site, and to notify you of products or special offers that may be of interest to you. Your personal information will not be sold and will not leave TXTMOTO.

If you are using a SSL capable web browser, your online transactions are fully encrypted and secured with 256-bit AES encryption technology when you place orders at TXTMOTO.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE POLICY

Your emailed receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Item availability and prices are subject to change at any time, without notice. TXTMOTO reserves the right to limit quantities, and to decline the acceptance of any order for any reason. TXTMOTO reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity ordered of any item. All orders placed will be thoroughly researched before shipping, in accordance with the policies set by TXTMOTO’s Credit and Fraud Avoidance Department. TXTMOTO, may require additional information and/or verification before accepting and processing any order.TXTMOTO urges you to confirm your purchase and personal information before submitting any orders.

ORDER CANCELLATION

An order may be canceled only if that item is backordered and not available to ship. You must e-mail us at sales@txtmoto.com to request an order cancellation. Please include your full name, address and invoice number. Any order submitted through this website, if in stock, will ship immediately and cannot be canceled. A notification will be sent via email when an order is canceled. TXTMOTO reserves the right to cancel an order or to issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) for merchandise that is advertised in error, that does not conform to advertised specifications, or was shipped in error. Charge backs from credit card issuing banks are subject to the above policies.

BACKORDERS

At TXTMOTO, we make every effort to provide you with product availability information. Due to the fact that our online store consists of so many products, an item may not always be in stock or sell out before your order is processed. TXTMOTO will not accept orders for out-of-stock items. Shipping charges are non-refundable. In stock items cannot be canceled after order completion.

RETURN POLICY

DO NOT DISCARD ANY PACKAGING OR INVOICES UNTIL YOU ARE COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH THE PRODUCTS SHIPPED. ITEMS RETURNED WITHOUT THE ORIGINAL MANUFACTURER’S PACKAGING, OR DAMAGED PACKAGING MAY BE REFUSED OR RETURNED AND WILL BE SUBJECT TO A RE-STOCKING FEE OF $50US PER PACKAGE.

Most items we sell come with our 30-day guarantee against defects. Defective products will be replaced or credited at our discretion. Shipping charges are not refundable. There are NO RETURNS on cleaning or polishing products or used items. Before returning any item, you must contact TXTMOTO's Returns Department via email at pat@txtmoto.com within 30 days of your invoice date for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. No returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA number. All returns are subject to the following:

Shipping, insurance, and handling charges are not refundable. Returns should be shipped insured, as TXTMOTO assumes no liability for lost or damaged return shipments. Save your tracking numbers, as they can prove invaluable if your return is lost in transit to us. Your purchase must be returned with shipping pre-paid.

A RMA number is valid for 10 days from the date issued. The RMA number must appear on your return packing label and on the outside of the shipping box.

All products must be in “as-new” condition, in original packaging and with all (blank) warranty cards, manuals, cables and accessories, basically available for re-sale.

SHIPPING POLICY

Adult Signature Required on all Shipments!

** TXTMOTO will not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO’s, or FPO’s. **

Shipping charges are calculated based on the total weight of all items in your order. On orders with backordered items, the total shipping charges are included in the first shipment. The backordered item will ship with no shipping charge. If TXTMOTO cancels a backordered item, TXTMOTO will refund the difference in shipping charges from the items shipped and the freight charged. Shipping charges are non-refundable on backordered items when there canceled by the customer.

TXTMOTO reserves the right to select a delivery method equal or faster then specified. Example: If you select “Two Day” and TXTMOTO selects a method other than “Two Day” and the item is delivered in two days or less, TXTMOTO will not refund any shipping charges.

If you select Next Day, Two Day or Three Day and TXTMOTO ships the method specified there is no refund on freight regardless of when the delivery is made.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

An additional charge of $25.00 will be charged to your credit card for any refused shipment. Choosing Overnight or 2-Day Delivery does not mean your order will be delivered 1 or 2 days from the time you place your order. Selecting either of these shipping options simply means that you will receive your order 1-2 days after your order has been verified and processed by our Order Processing Department. Every effort is made to process all orders within 24 hours after receiving an order, but same-day shipping is not guaranteed. TXTMOTO reserves the right to ship packages 'best way' according to the shipper’s delivery schedules.

Note: Please keep in mind that our distribution centers do not process or ship orders on weekends and/or holidays.

SALES TAX

TXTMOTO only charges sales tax on shipments to Quebec. You, the customer, are responsible for any and all unpaid sales taxes.

CREDIT CARDS

TXTMOTO currently accepts Visa, and Master Card credit cards as well as certified cheque or money order. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make a purchase. Please be sure to provide the exact billing address and telephone number as recorded with your credit card issuing bank. We will ship to an alternate address only if the address is on file with your credit card issuing bank. Incorrect information may cause a delay in the processing of your order. Your credit card will be charged as each item is shipped.

MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY

All returns and replacements must be handled directly through the manufacturer anytime after the first 30 days of invoice. Manufacturer’s warranties vary on each product. Extended warranties are available directly from select manufacturers. Manufacturer information is subject to change without notice. Please contact the manufacturer to obtain warranty information.

SERVICE AND SUPPORT

All requests for technical service and support should be made directly to the manufacturer in accordance with their terms and conditions. TXTMOTO makes no guarantees of product reliability or compatibility. All compatibility-related questions must be directed towards the product manufacturer.

Worldwide copyright laws and treaty provisions protect all materials appearing anywhere on TXTMOTO’s Internet site. None of these materials may be copied, reproduced, modified, or distributed in any form or by any other means without the written consent of TXTMOTO. Any unauthorized use of the materials appearing on TXTMOTO’s internet site may violate copyright, trademark and other applicable laws and could result in criminal or civil penalties.
